LEAN FUNDAMENTALS
We offer a 2 day interactive training session of Lean Fundamentals with focus on eliminating waste and building process capability.
During this training, the participants will gain a basic but broad knowledge of Lean tools and concepts which they can further apply to their daily job activities.
Course length
2 days training + 2 hours international certification exam
Who can participate
Top and middle management, as well as members of process improvement teams
Exam
The exam consists of 35 multiple choice questions. In order to pass the exam you need to provide at least 70% correct answers.
