DOLF W. HANNERT – Chairman

His ability to leverage his deep expertise, outstanding partnering skills and his bias for results has yielded millions of dollars of benefits to the bottom line for his clients.
His primary focus is on the strategic deployment and execution of business performance improvement methodologies with a specific emphasis on the application of Lean Six Sigma.
Dolf has national and international business experience with all sizes of companies across a range of industries. His primary client list includes: ING Group, Wells Fargo, Detroit Medical Center, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Department of Defense Military Health Systems, eBay, PayPal, Google, Box, Symantec Corporation, Newmont Mining Corporation, and Health Management Systems all over the world.
Partnering with his clients, Dolf has managed and coached numerous complex Lean Six Sigma initiatives in various disciplines, including: finance, information technology, manufacturing, operations, product development, marketing, sales, human resources, and legal.
Leveraging his expertise, Dolf routinely develops and delivers a wide variety of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques. He specializes in strategy planning, business process improvement, project execution, project and executive coaching, voice of customer, and organizational change management.
Dolf has led the deployment of multiple Lean Six Sigma initiatives and delivered a variety of Lean Six Sigma training programs, including: Master Black Belt, Black Belt, Green Belt, Executive Champions, Sponsors, Yellow Belt, Awareness, Lean, and various Design for Six Sigma tools and techniques. He has delivered Lean Six Sigma training to over 5,000 executives, managers, and associates.
Dolf is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Siebold International Group LLC, a Lean Six Sigma consulting company.
Prior to founding Siebold International Group, Dolf held management positions at Johnson & Johnson Ortho Biotech, and AlliedSignal (now Honeywell), and various other businesses. During his tenure at AlliedSignal and Johnson & Johnson, Dolf worked with a number of business units to achieve measurable improved business results through managing and coaching multiple Lean Six Sigma project teams.
He also focused on strategic planning, project and executive coaching, Lean Six Sigma performance improvement, organizational change management, and training.
Dolf is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt and has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, and a Masters Degree (MBA) in Management Information Systems.
Paul ARRAMBIDE – Technical Director
Mr. Paul Arrambide is a visionary leader with a proven performance history. He specializes in business strategy development, strategic change, business transformation, product & service development & launch, project development & management, e-commerce & e-business strategies, innovation, Six Sigma, Lean, Design For Six Sigma, logistics, operations, business development, communications, and US & international team building.
Prior to Mr. Arrambide’s current role, he worked at Pitney Bowes, AIG, PricewaterhouseCoopers/IBM, General Electric, and the US Army. While at the Plum Path Group, he holds the position of President. At Pitney Bowes, he held the position of Director of Business Transformation. At AIG, he held the position of Director of Performance Management for the Eastern United States. At PwC/IBM, he held the position of Principal Consultant. At GE, he held the positions of e-Business Manager, Engineering Manager, Master Black Belt, and Six-Sigma Black Belt. In these positions, Mr. Arrambide consulted with corporate level officers, senior, and middle managers to identify and evaluate opportunities to develop new products and services, improve business methods, organizational effectiveness, recommend action plans, and guide implementation.
Mr. Arrambide holds a Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. He is a registered Engineer in the State of New York and a member of the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals, and a partnership member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
Mr. Arrambide has applied business transformation strategies, innovation, Six Sigma, Lean, and Design for Six Sigma tools and techniques to a wide variety of operations from business strategy development, financial services, insurance, healthcare, operations, engineering, logistics, and manufacturing to e-business. He is a visionary professional with a proven performance history – driving success through innovative leadership, strong communication skills, and commitment to excellence. He has facilitated a number of teams that have produced significant process improvement results and bottom line financial benefits.
Recently, Mr. Arrambide has worked with leading internet, financial, and insurance institutions. During his engagements, he was responsible for the strategy development, innovation, product & service development, performance management, and quality & productivity improvements globally. He has delivered training to and provided coaching for senior level executives through junior management. Mr. Arrambide’s keen problem solving skills, experience, and expertise with strategic change, business transformation, innovation, Six Sigma, Lean, and DFSS are helping clients solve problems in e-business, financial services, insurance, design, evaluation, manufacturing, logistics, operations, and transportation, and IT.

Mrs. Iuliana Andronache consultant, trainer and coach with a vast professional experience of over 25 years in various fields such as business management, financial accounting , IT and IS, operations, corporate governance, acquired in leading companies in the field of energy, oil and gas, auto, FMCG. She hold C level positions such as CEO, COO, CFO within Electrica, Chevron, GE, Toyota, InBev, Alstom Group.

Mr. John Rooney is an experienced manufacturing manager with a solid background in quality systems and lean, who has the ability to implement and expedite improvements to current processes. A strong strategic thinker and motivational team builder with the drive to succeed and able to demonstrate a passion for objectives to achieve results. Strong financial management skills in setting and managing budgets. A leader with substantial hands-on experience whose personal philosophy and values have enabled him to succeed and inspire others. Retired in 2018 after 40 years with
Vauxhall Motors and then went on to Join Bluestones Manufactured Solutions.
He graduated engineering at the University of Lutton, he’s Black Belt certified, he holds a Diploma in Management Studies (PGdip) issued by University of Bedfordshire, a Higher National Certificate in Mechanical and Production Engineering issued by Wirral Metropolitan College and a Technical Education Council Certificate in Mechanical and Production Engineering (ONC) issued by Carlett Park College of Technology.
Mr Roddy Craig has 41 years in car production with Vauxhall Motors and management experience in Maintenance, Production, Engineering and Supply chain planning and operations. Recently retired, but now employed by Bluestones Manufacturing Solutions, he’s utilizing his experience to support cultural change and/ or lean improvements.
Roddy Craig provides bespoke training in all aspects of Lean Six Sigma, focusing on shop floor challenges, understanding the people, developing training needs, then delivering the modules with follow up work for participants to show they have understood and can implement the learnings.
He trains all hierarchical levels and leads improvement workshops, throughput improvement initiatives. Mr Craig is a very experienced consultant who has frontline knowledge and expertise in all aspects of production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance. He holds a level 7 certification in Strategic management and Leadership issued by the Chartered management Institute.
Mr John Dennis, Chairman ILSSI is excited to welcome Mr Dolf Hannert and the Lean Six Sigma International Association of Professionals, LSSIAP, as a new strategic partner.
