By achieving the BPM Expert Certification you are making a public statement that you are a professional who has the ability to manage process change, coach other employees in the BPM field, and make use of all BPM tools to the greatest effect.
We offer a 4 day interactive training session in order to familiarize participants with Business Process Management tools and techniques. Through the use of modeling tools, you will be able perform simulations and analyze an AS IS (current business process state) and TO BE (future business process state).
At the end of this course you will be able to: determine the quality of a business process, identify business processes that need to be analyzed and possibly improved, perform gap analysis, define the goal of a business process, model a business process, plan a process improvement project, analyze the results of a process improvement project, etc.

4 days training + 3 hours international certification exam

Systems analysts, business analysts, IT project managers, associate project managers, project managers, project coordinators, project analysts, project leaders, senior project managers, team leaders, product managers, and program managers.
Exam
The exam consists of 35 multiple choice questions and practical mapping test. In order to pass the exam you need to provide at least 70% correct answers.
